Eric started ELF Learning in 2010 as the parent company of his private language school in Japan, ELF Kids English School.

Eric can always be heard making up little songs in his classroom, the lobby or even the bathroom. Very much an, "Ideas Guy," Eric's dream with ELF is to create teaching materials that will help teachers teach and students learn...with a SMILE!

Eric's voice can be heard on ELF's CDs and YouTube Videos and he is never far away from the creative process.
